This bundle includes a Customer Order form PDF and a BLANK Order Chart PDF.  Once you purchase, you will be able to download the files.  There is NO Sewing Seeds logo in the PDF download files.  You can add your logo in that BLANK area or contact us to have your custom logo added to the file.  There is an additional fee if you want us to add your logo.  Email us at hello@sewingseedsdesigns.com if you want us to customize this form for you.
